- Minal, the event designer at Altan Gallery, did such an an amazing job, everything went perfectly. Everyone was blown away by all the beautiful decor and details. I feel like the all the work and creativity Minal put in made the difference! We can’t even tell you how many compliments there were on the mandap (wedding canopy), the lunch and reception decor. The rose petals for the wedding in the aisle were gorgeous. The reception decor was just out of this world, her colour scheme was perfect and all the little bits that she recommended which were added, were definitely a big plus. The LOVE champagne arrangement was so creative. There were few people who said this was a fairytale wedding, and quite a few who said one of the best weddings they had been too! Thank you so much for all the extras you did on your own, they made a difference, and I really liked the hars. The mandap was truly unique, lots of friends and relatives from England and NZ were impressed and had never seen anything like it. Minal’s gift baskets for the immediate family guest hotel rooms were unique and a big hit with the grooms family, they hadn’t seen anything like it. We were very happy with Minal’s professionalism, creativity, as well as her being detail orientated. Because of her detailed timeline there were no last minute crises. We enjoyed working with Minal she is very open to ideas, worked within our budget as well as finding alternative creative ideas . I sincerely would highly highly recommend her to any other brides. - I attended an Indian wedding for which Minal Patel was the coordinator in fall of 2010. There were three different events, the ceremony, a luncheon, and the reception. Each one was beautifully decorated down to the very last detail. The ceremony was very colorful, exotic and festive. There were many clever, simple decorating touches that made the ceremony a visual feast. The luncheon was decorated very differently. Tables were covered in colorful yet contemporary table cloths with beautiful napkins, keeping with the brides color choices, but giving a very different feel. When we arrived at the reception I was amazed and delighted with the elegant choice of colors, gorgeous flowers, candles.
